The "See you in Schmalkalden!" pre-onboarding course is aimed at language competence level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Using a blended learning approach, this course allows you to start your learning journey before you arrive in Schmalkalden. The two-week course consists of ten comprehensive learning modules. Detailed information on the module structure will be provided upon successful registration. 

To enrol in the course, you must be admitted to a degree programme at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences and have a tablet or laptop/PC with a stable internet connection to complete the learning modules. 

The pre-onboarding course ends with a final test. You will receive 3 ECTS* for successful completion of the course.
